Need help logging on to HSBCnet?

What to do if you can’t locate the email we sent
If you think you haven’t received a Welcome email from us, please check your spam or junk folder in case the email has landed there.
If you are unable to log on please speak with your System Administrators or contact your Customer Support team.

Tasks for System Administrators and Users
TASK | BY WHEN? | BY WHO? | DETAILS |
---|---|---|---|
Check that your email address and phone number in ElysPC are up to date | As soon as possible: the deadline is the Friday of the week prior to your Migration Date (approximately 8 days) | System Administrators and each User |
You will be prompted to update your contact details in a pop-up screen, just after you login in Elys PC. Please follow the instructions to review and update your details. Any changes made to your Elys PC profile during the week before your Migration Date will not be reflected in HSBCnet. The standard process to check and update your email address and phone number in Elys PC is as follows: once logged in to Elys PC on the main menu select Services Contact information changes (E-mail address, phone number). Please review your information here. |
Download the HSBCnet Mobile app as soon as possible | Before/On your Migration Date | System Administrators and Users | You’ll need this to authenticate when you register and logon to HSBCnet and to carry out transactions. |
Activate your HSBCnet profile following instructions received via email | On/After your Migration Date | System Administrators and Users | We've set up profiles in HSBCnet for users and administrators who had profiles in ElysPC. A Welcome email with instructions on how to log on to HSBCnet will be sent to each of the users and administrators as they are set up in HSBCnet around the Migration Date. |
Review Users and entitlements | System Administrators | System Administrators need to review the users we’ve set up for you and validate their entitlements using the ‘User and Account Management’ option, which you’ll find within the HSBCnet main menu. Before, we strongly recommend you participate in our HSBCnet webinars which has a dedicated module on User and account management (for System Administrators). | |
Review user payment limits and signature group limits | System Administrators |
System Administrators need to review user payment limits and signature group payment limits. You can do this by using the ‘User and Account Management option, which you’ll find within the HSBCnet main menu. Before, we strongly recommend you participate in our HSBCnet webinars which has a dedicated module on User and account management (for System Administrators). |
|
Review your payment templates and beneficiaries | System Administrators and Users | We’ve moved your “multiple transfer templates” ElysPC in the “general payments templates” HSBCnet and saved your list of beneficiaries you had set up in ElysPC to HSBCnet. Please note that your beneficiaries of treasury payments in ElysPC will be added to your list of beneficiaries in HSBCnet. Before, we recommend that you check to confirm that the migrated data is still up to date. We strongly recommend you participate in our HSBCnet webinars which has a dedicated module on Payment and transfers. | |
Future-dated payments | System Administrators and Users | We haven’t moved any future dated payments you had set up from ElysPC to HSBCnet. Future dated payments previously made in ElysPC will continue to be processed in ElysPC until your ElysPC profile is deactivated. However, we recommend that you setup new, future dated payments in HSBCnet which need to be processed after the dual run period of ElysPC and HSBCnet has come to an end. Once ElysPC has become read-only you will not be able to amend future dated payments. |
